Interior Designer & Architect – Luxury Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer & Architect on a contract basis to lead luxury residential renovation projects in Dubai. The role involves creating high‑end design concepts, planning architectural layouts, and ensuring flawless execution that meets client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present creative interior design concepts, mood boards, sketches and 3D visualisations tailored to client needs.
• Select premium materials, finishes and furnishings that align with a luxury renovation vision.
• Conduct site analysis, space planning and produce architectural layouts, floor plans and structural modifications while complying with Dubai building codes.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and project managers, providing design expertise on a per‑project basis and ensuring smooth handover of drawings, specifications and material selections.
• Manage client relationships, present proposals, incorporate feedback and collaborate with suppliers, artisans and craftsmen to source high‑quality elements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury interior design and architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Freelance licence or relevant permit for operating in Dubai.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V‑Ray and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials and finishing techniques.
• Ability to produce high‑quality renders and presentation materials.
