Internal Auditor (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor who is fluent in Arabic to assess internal controls, risk management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance across our diversified operations, including real estate, property management, retail, and facilities management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk‑based internal audit plans.
• Conduct financial, operational and compliance audits across departments and business units.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify risks and recommend process improvements.
• Review procurement, finance, HR, payroll, leasing, contracts and asset‑management processes.
• Assess compliance with UAE laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Identify potential fraud, irregularities and control weaknesses.
• Prepare professional audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Conduct special audits and investigations as authorized and follow up on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of internal audit experience in the UAE.
• Experience in real estate, property management or diversified business groups is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA or CISA are an advantage.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
