About the role
We are seeking an RCM Internal Auditor cum IP Coder with UAE healthcare experience. The role involves translating healthcare services, diagnoses, and procedures into standardized codes while ensuring accurate billing and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct audits of clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Translate services, diagnoses, and procedures into ICD‑10 and CPT codes for proper billing.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in health information management or a related field.
- Previous experience in inpatient (IP) medical coding is mandatory.
- Experience in Abu Dhabi healthcare environment preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ICD‑10 coding system.
- Proficiency with CPT coding system.
