International Outside Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an International Outside Sales Representative to join our partner’s team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on building relationships with businesses worldwide, understanding their technology challenges and delivering tailored managed‑service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting, including up to 100 calls per day and setting a minimum of three qualified appointments weekly.
• Engage prospective clients to uncover technology needs and propose solutions covering infrastructure, data protection, disaster recovery, connectivity and communication tools.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing of B2B deals.
• Collaborate with experienced sales representatives for training and solution knowledge transfer.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling and active listening.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or solution‑based services.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident, outgoing personality with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
