International Property Consultant

About the role

Enclave Dubai, a brokerage specializing in residential and commercial real estate, is seeking an International Property Consultant to serve local and overseas buyers. The role focuses on converting leads into viewings and completed transactions across off‑plan and secondary markets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on fresh daily leads, supported by company marketing and telesales.
• Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate from viewings to transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales; Dubai brokerage experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and an additional European language (German, French, Italian or Romanian) is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proven sales, negotiation and client relationship abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to work with international clients and investors.
