International Recruiter (Schengen markets)

About the role

Career Voyage is expanding into new markets and seeks an experienced International Recruiter to lead recruitment projects across Schengen countries. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to supporting successful placements, while working remotely with a dynamic, international team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple positions in Schengen markets.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using various channels.
• Build and maintain a strong international candidate network.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to different markets and roles.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams on new recruitment projects.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience within Schengen countries.
• Full‑cycle recruitment expertise.
• Established network of candidates across relevant industries.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
