International Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The International Sourcing Specialist will identify, verify and negotiate with suppliers of branded footwear, apparel and accessories across the Middle East and Africa. The aim is to secure authentic, profitable purchases and develop long‑term supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and contact potential suppliers, including official distributors, liquidators and wholesalers.
• Verify product authenticity, origin and documentation before purchase.
• Negotiate price, volume, Incoterms and payment terms.
• Analyse landed cost, margins and make buying decisions.
• Close initial purchases and convert suppliers into recurring partners.
• Maintain supplier portfolio and opportunities in the Odoo CRM.

Required profile

• Proven B2B negotiation experience with branded products and existing supplier relationships.
• Track record of closed deals outweighs years of experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Familiarity with off‑price channels and brand distributors in the region is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) and international trade documentation.
• Strong Excel skills for margin and landed‑cost calculations.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Odoo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Understanding of authenticity verification (invoices, Bill of Lading, UPC validation).
