About the role
Minutes Quick Services is looking for an Inventory Checker / Warehouse Officer to ensure accurate stock records and produce MIS reports in a fast‑paced Dubai warehouse. The role involves monitoring inventory, conducting audits, and supporting daily warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities
- Track and audit inventory levels to maintain ledger‑to‑stock alignment.
- Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage optimization, and dispatch.
- Compile daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports on stock movements and variances.
- Analyze inventory data to identify turnover rates, low stock, and slow‑moving items.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven hands‑on experience in UAE warehouse or inventory control, including MIS reporting.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Required skills
- Strong command of inventory management software.
- Proficiency with data entry tools and spreadsheet analytics.
- Experience with warehouse reporting frameworks.
