About the role
The Logistics Coordinator oversees the efficient handling, dispatch, and transportation of materials and equipment across company operations, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange collection and dispatch of materials to project sites and maintain logistics records.
- Supervise workshop activities and manage drivers' monthly overtime submissions.
- Coordinate manpower transportation for sites and yard operations.
- Process invoice postings for UAE‑related jobs and arrange equipment rentals based on operational needs.
- Raise requests for spare parts purchases and support project and production teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in logistics or a similar role.
Required skills
- Proficiency in logistics software.
- Experience with transport management systems.
