About the role
Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, reconciling stock counts to system reports, and initiating actions to replenish stock through purchase orders and related paperwork.
Key responsibilities
- Shipment planning and coordination.
- Maintain at least 95% availability (AFL to 3PL) and 98% (3PL to Store) for RF type articles.
- Ensure master data accuracy for items not picked on replenishment.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate logistics requirements with stores, buyers, DC, 3PL, and service providers.
- Optimize space utilization in trucks and containers for outbound/returned shipments to achieve cost savings.
- Process GRNs for upcoming e‑commerce projects.
- Follow up on import documents (Normal/LC) to clear shipments.
- Verify store stocks against recalled articles to prevent sales of recalled items.
Required profile
- BCA in Commerce & Administration or Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control or related field.
