Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator will support inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock records, timely material availability and safe, organized storage.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through reconciliation and root‑cause analysis.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages or excess, and coordinate receipt, storage and issue of materials.
• Support warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, packing and dispatch while ensuring compliance with HSE and safety standards.
• Liaise with procurement, logistics and operational teams to guarantee material availability.
• Enter and reconcile inventory transactions in the ERP system and prepare performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for improving inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency, including support for equipment mobilisations and demobilisations.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations or a supply‑chain environment.
• Proven experience conducting cycle counts, stock reconciliations and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced operational setting.
