Investment Banking Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our client’s team on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on supporting high‑impact transactions through financial analysis, valuation, and deal execution.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analyses, including DCF, LBO and comparable company valuations for prospective deals.
• Prepare pitch books, offering memoranda and other client‑facing materials.
• Assess merger and acquisition opportunities, conduct due diligence and evaluate financial feasibility.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to structure transactions and negotiate terms.
• Stay current on market trends, regulatory updates and industry developments affecting investment banking.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in investment banking, preferably in M&A, capital markets or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a client‑oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Advanced Excel, including formulas and macros.
• Accounting principles, financial statements and GAAP standards.
