Investment Operations Manager

About the role

An established investment organisation in Dubai is looking for a hands‑on Investment Operations Manager to support a diversified portfolio that includes direct investments, co‑investments, private equity, private credit and hedge funds. The role offers broad exposure to fund reporting, operational oversight and close collaboration with internal investment teams and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage capital calls, distributions, subscriptions and redemptions.
• Track investment commitments, cash flows, liquidity and portfolio exposures.
• Review administrator‑reported NAVs, fees and reconciliations, identifying discrepancies.
• Support operational due diligence, audits and tax reporting.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians and other service providers.
• Improve operational controls, workflows, reporting and automation.

Required profile

• At least four years of relevant experience in fund operations or fund administration, preferably within a fund‑of‑funds or multi‑manager platform.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, capital calls and waterfall mechanics.
• A degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented approach with strong stakeholder coordination skills.
