Investment, Partnerships & Operations Manager – France Residency by Investment

About the role

The Open World is seeking a bilingual French‑English Investment, Partnerships & Operations Manager to support the Founder & CEO on France IDEA, an investment‑driven French residency programme. This 360° position combines investment analysis, partner management and operational coordination, with regular international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen French real‑estate and corporate investment opportunities; analyse P&L statements, cash‑flows, financial models and financing plans.
• Challenge capital structures, equity and debt terms, IRR, LTV/LTC, DSCR, cash‑on‑cash returns and exit assumptions.
• Conduct due‑diligence on developers/operators and deliver clear go/no‑go recommendations.
• Act as primary liaison for B2B partners (immigration firms, wealth managers, family offices) and present the France IDEA programme.
• Travel with the Founder for meetings, conferences and partner engagements.
• Coordinate investor pipelines, liaise with developers, advisers and legal/tax/immigration partners.
• Help build and refine CRM, reporting and screening processes as the business scales.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with a strong background in investment analysis, corporate finance, real‑estate investment, private equity or asset management.
• Proven ability to independently evaluate business plans and complex debt/equity structures.
• Commercially polished, comfortable engaging with high‑net‑worth investors and senior executives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, travel‑ready and able to work autonomously.
