Investor Relations Director

About the role

Mintlayer is building its institutional investor base and needs a senior professional to create the infrastructure that turns interest into committed capital. The Investor Relations Director will design the data‑room, LP communications architecture, reporting cadence, and roadshow presence for the next twelve months.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Pre‑Series A close process, including investor pipeline, data‑room management, due‑diligence coordination and roadshow scheduling.
• Build and operate the LP communications infrastructure – quarterly letters, capital‑call documentation and NAV reporting.
• Develop and maintain the Mintlayer investor data room and CRM, ensuring all interactions meet institutional standards.
• Prepare investor presentation materials together with the Head of Capital Strategy.
• Establish and nurture relationships with GCC and European institutional investors.
• Report regularly to the Head of Capital Strategy and CEO on pipeline status and LP sentiment.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising or institutional capital markets.
• Proven track record managing LP relationships in venture capital, private equity or digital‑asset funds.
• Exceptional written communication skills for quarterly LP letters and data‑room narratives.
• Existing network of GCC and/or European institutional investors is preferred.
