IT Business Development Manager – Dubai

About the role

The IT Business Development Manager will drive growth of our IT services portfolio in the UAE market. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with C‑level executives and close deals that deliver revenue and strategic value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services and technology solutions.
• Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, prospecting and strategic partnerships.
• Engage customers to understand their challenges and propose tailored IT solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical, delivery and marketing teams to ensure successful client engagements.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Provide market intelligence, customer feedback and competitive insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field (MBA a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in IT sales and business development.
• Proven success selling IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, digital transformation and enterprise technology.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and close IT services business in the UAE market.
