About the role

CasTech Middle East is looking for a motivated IT & ERP Systems Coordinator to join its team in Sharjah. The role focuses on maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, supporting ERP applications, and ensuring accurate data management while collaborating with an international IT team.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Administer ERP systems and provide user support.
• Coordinate system implementation and improvement projects.
• Manage and maintain accurate system data.
• Provide technical assistance to end‑users.
• Collaborate closely with the international IT team on ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT and ERP operations.
