IT Identity & Access Management Officer

About the role

The Officer, IT Identity & Access Management will manage user identities, roles, and permissions across hospital systems, ensuring secure and compliant access. The role supports daily access fulfilment, governance, audits, and continuous improvement of IAM processes within the Fujairah Hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provision, modify, and revoke user access to applications, systems, and network resources.
• Resolve access‑related tickets within defined SLAs and track them to closure.
• Support design, implementation, and maintenance of role‑based access control (RBAC) models.
• Perform periodic access reviews, clean‑ups, and removal of obsolete or departed‑user accounts.
• Assist internal and external audits and respond to IAM‑related queries.
• Identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities in IAM processes and coordinate with business units, service desk, and IT teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in identity and access management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
