IT Infrastructure and Network Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure and Network Assistant to support and enhance our bank’s technology environment. The role involves maintaining existing systems, implementing upgrades, and ensuring reliable network operations.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with suppliers to define system requirements and design suitable solutions.
• Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, routers, and servers.
• Design, install, and configure network components, databases, hosts, and network configuration servers.
• Provide ongoing administration, security management, troubleshooting, and support for network services.
• Assist in creating and executing backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Plan and manage initiatives to improve information security and data privacy.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and coordinate technical issue resolution.
• Monitor and analyze system logs, report incidents, and support IT projects.
• Execute daily, monthly, and yearly operational procedures and provide second‑level support to end users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, and project management.
