IT Retail Business Partner – Luxury Brand

About the role

We are looking for a senior IT Retail Business Partner to own the omnichannel customer experience roadmap for a fast‑growing global French luxury brand. You will act as the bridge between retail operations and digital technology, ensuring seamless integration of boutique systems with global e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the CX strategy by aligning the omnichannel product roadmap with business objectives.
• Coordinate functional integration of e‑commerce platforms, CRM tools, and physical retail systems.
• Lead the full IT lifecycle for new store openings, from infrastructure setup to cloud‑system integration.
• Oversee daily operational health, system maintenance, and vendor support tickets for in‑store technologies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams, translating commercial needs into technical solutions.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of retail management experience with a strong focus on omnichannel operations and CX design.
• At least 3 years of functional experience with major ERP/CRM solutions such as SAP and Oracle.
• Hands‑on familiarity with e‑commerce platforms (preferably Shopify), POS systems and store infrastructure.
• Proven ability to work independently and communicate with global stakeholders.
