IT Sales Executive – CRM Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an articulate and proactive IT Sales Executive to promote our CRM solutions in Dubai. Based at the Dubai World Trade Centre, you will engage with exhibitors, business visitors and industry organisations to generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach relevant exhibitors, companies and prospective partners through in‑person meetings, email, LinkedIn and phone outreach.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, networking events and business meetings.
• Welcome business visitors, understand their needs and coordinate product demonstrations with the sales team.
• Build relationships with trade associations, chambers of commerce and event organisers to create referral partnerships and joint events.
• Prepare personalised introductions, follow‑up emails and partnership proposals, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, hotel sales, guest relations, VIP services, corporate events or similar client‑facing roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong business etiquette and presentation skills.
• Outgoing personality, confident in initiating conversations with senior executives and business owners.
• Strong organisational skills, curiosity about businesses and ability to follow through consistently.
• Willingness to learn a technology product and explain its business value clearly.
