IT Specialist

About the role

The IT Specialist will provide comprehensive technical support for the hotel's computer networks, workstations, and server systems. This role involves installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software while ensuring network security and reliable service for staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and repair computer networks, LAN/WAN, and internet connections.
• Support server systems, hardware, software, user accounts, and telephone rooms.
• Provide end‑user training, technical guidance, and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues.
• Plan and coordinate equipment installations, moves, additions, and system enhancements.
• Implement network security measures and manage disk space across the network.
• Maintain accurate inventory of technological devices and ensure backup media are securely stored.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• At least 2 years of related IT work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and provide guest service.
