IT Supervisor – Information & Telecom Systems

About the role

The Information Technology Supervisor will ensure the smooth operation of the hotel’s information and telecom systems, providing technical support and guidance to staff while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer software, hardware, and telecommunications.
• Provide technical guidance, recommend process improvements and implement solutions.
• Maintain applications, user accounts, and record daily communication transactions.
• Train users on proper use of hardware, software and POS systems.
• Plan, design, operate and allocate resources for telecom activities, including client/server support.
• Assist management with hiring, training and evaluating staff, acting as a role model for fair treatment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, protect assets and uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
