About the role

Takween Aldar, a Dubai-based real estate agency, is looking for Italian-speaking real estate consultants who understand that great business is built on conversation and lasting relationships. The role is commission-based, with no salary or relocation package offered, but full end-to-end relocation assistance is available.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on residential investment opportunities across Dubai
• Convert company-generated leads into transactions and proactively develop your own network
• Meet and exceed sales target KPIs
• Keep up to date with market trends, pricing and new project launches
• Deliver a client-centric experience that promotes repeat business and referrals

Required profile

• Native or fluent Italian speaker
• Professional level of English
• Willing to relocate to Dubai
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident working in a performance-focused environment
• Understanding of regional business culture and regulations
