Joinery Factory Manager – Production & Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Joinery Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, high quality standards, and seamless coordination with design and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Organise workflow and allocate resources to align factory output with project schedules.
• Oversee daily factory activities, optimise processes and manage equipment and materials.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet technical specifications and client expectations.
• Coordinate with design teams using technical drawings and joinery details.
• Utilise production and reporting software for planning, monitoring and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in joinery or woodworking manufacturing, preferably in interior fit‑out or construction.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities, fostering a safe and inclusive workplace.
• Solid understanding of technical drawings, joinery details and materials.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• A diploma or degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
