Joinery Production Manager

About the role

Armadio Closets is seeking an experienced Joinery Production Manager to lead the daily manufacturing of premium kitchens, wardrobes and custom joinery. You will ensure that production meets quality, cost and delivery targets while supporting the company’s commitment to luxury craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production of kitchens, wardrobes and joinery works.
• Achieve production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, warehouse and installation teams.
• Manage manpower, machinery, materials and workflow efficiently.
• Monitor material usage, minimise waste and control production costs.
• Supervise factory staff, provide training and evaluate performance.
• Enforce health, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management.
• Resolve production delays and technical issues promptly.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of factory machinery.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years experience in joinery production, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchens, wardrobes, joinery materials and automated machinery.
• Proven leadership, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with Cabinet Vision or similar production software.
