About the role
Maestro EPC is seeking an experienced Joinery Site Supervisor to lead the joinery installation on a high‑rise residential and luxury fit‑out project in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect site conditions, take accurate measurements and read IFC, shop and joinery drawings.
- Control quality, manage installation teams and supervise joinery subcontractors.
- Coordinate effectively with the Site Engineer, Project Manager and MEP trades.
Required profile
- 5+ years of joinery/site supervision experience, preferably in high‑rise residential or luxury fit‑out projects.
- Strong technical joinery knowledge, hands‑on approach and good English communication skills.
- 3+ years UAE/GCC experience is preferred; UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Required skills
- Joinery installation, doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, vanity counters, carcasses, bespoke joinery.
- Reading IFC drawings, shop drawings and joinery details.
- Site measurements, setting‑out and coordinating with MEP and other trades.
