About the role

Maestro EPC is seeking an experienced Joinery Site Supervisor to lead the joinery installation on a high‑rise residential and luxury fit‑out project in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

Inspect site conditions, take accurate measurements and read IFC, shop and joinery drawings.
Control quality, manage installation teams and supervise joinery subcontractors.
Coordinate effectively with the Site Engineer, Project Manager and MEP trades.

Required profile

5+ years of joinery/site supervision experience, preferably in high‑rise residential or luxury fit‑out projects.
Strong technical joinery knowledge, hands‑on approach and good English communication skills.
3+ years UAE/GCC experience is preferred; UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

Joinery installation, doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, vanity counters, carcasses, bespoke joinery.
Reading IFC drawings, shop drawings and joinery details.
Site measurements, setting‑out and coordinating with MEP and other trades.
