Junior Account Executive – eCommerce & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a driven Junior Account Executive to support the growth and service of eCommerce and cross‑border logistics accounts. The role involves managing client relationships, assisting with revenue targets, and ensuring smooth delivery across our fulfillment network.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day relationship management with assigned eCommerce clients, including SMEs and marketplace sellers.
• Support execution of strategic account plans and onboarding of new clients.
• Coordinate with operations, customs, and last‑mile teams to resolve client issues promptly.
• Monitor shipment performance, flag exceptions, and maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and help prepare proposals and pricing sheets.
• Track and report on account revenue performance against targets.
• Act as first point of contact for client queries and service‑level concerns.
• Maintain CRM data, sales pipelines, and weekly performance dashboards.
• Liaise with internal teams (operations, IT, customs, finance) to ensure smooth service execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in account management, logistics coordination or client‑facing sales.
• Exposure to eCommerce, cross‑border shipping or freight forwarding is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of logistics operations (fulfilment, last‑mile delivery, cross‑border shipping).
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Noon or Amazon UAE.
