Junior Account Executive

About the role

Modern Luxury Media UAE is seeking a motivated Junior Account Executive to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on driving luxury advertising sales, building relationships with corporate decision‑makers, and supporting the execution of high‑profile brand events across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Dubai luxury market.
• Pitch multi‑platform advertising, digital media and promotional solutions to direct clients and agencies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly advertising revenue targets.
• Develop and nurture C‑suite and senior‑level relationships with brand decision‑makers.
• Assist in planning and delivering Modern Luxury events and networking functions.
• Maintain accurate client data, interaction logs and revenue forecasts in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a proven record of closing sales in a target‑driven environment.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and Arabic.
• Strong consultative selling and account‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience using Mac OS environments.
• Familiarity with CRM management systems.
