Junior Account Manager – Arabic‑speaking Insurance

About the role

KinFitz & Co., an international health insurance and employee benefits broker, is expanding its Dubai operations and seeks a motivated Arabic‑speaking Junior Account Manager. You will be trained from the ground up, shadow an experienced manager, and eventually take ownership of your own client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing SME and corporate clients.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for renewals, queries, and account servicing.
• Collaborate with the wider Account Management and sales teams to support client needs.
• Learn the full account lifecycle under a senior mentor before handling an independent portfolio.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in insurance, with some portfolio exposure.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a comfort building relationships with Arabic‑speaking stakeholders.
