About the role
GSK is seeking a UAE National to join its finance team in Dubai as an Intern Finance Associate. The role supports financial accounting and distributor finance activities across Gulf markets, providing exposure to a multinational finance environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support month‑end close activities, including preparation of accrual journals and financial reporting.
- Assist with distributor accounting, purchase‑to‑pay processes, vendor creation, and three‑way matching.
- Review employee expense claims, debit notes, supplier payments and reconcile distributor account statements.
- Monitor payment collections, resolve financial queries with distributors and clear aging balances.
Required profile
- UAE National with family book.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or related field.
- Good analytical, numerical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
