Junior Account Specialist

About the role

Karwill Global Logistic LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Specialist to support its accounting operations in Dubai. The role covers maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, assisting with reconciliations and supporting VAT and corporate tax compliance. Candidates able to join immediately are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions accurately and within set timelines
• Prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable records
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in financial statements
• Assist with VAT and corporate tax filing and compliance
• Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation
• Support the finance team with routine accounting tasks and financial reporting
• Help ensure accounting records comply with company procedures and applicable financial regulations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field (estimated qualification)
• Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping and financial record management
• Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment

Required skills

• Familiarity with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
• Familiarity with bank reconciliations, VAT and corporate tax compliance
