Junior Accountant – MEP Industry & Odoo ERP Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Accountant with solid experience in the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) sector and proven expertise in Odoo ERP. The role is based in our Dubai office and involves supporting the full accounting cycle for a fast‑growing MEP company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices.
• Perform bank reconciliations, expense management, and month‑end / year‑end closing activities.
• Prepare and review financial reports, supporting senior finance staff.
• Maintain accurate accounting records within Odoo ERP.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper cost allocation and billing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Prior experience working for an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) company.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Odoo ERP for accounting functions.
• Good understanding of accounting procedures, documentation, and financial reporting.
