About the role
The Ministry of Community Empowerment is seeking motivated UAE nationals to join its design and engineering team. Candidates can apply for one of three junior positions: Architect, Civil Engineer, or Interior Designer.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (up to 4 years for interior design)
- Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively
Required skills
- AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Revit (advantage for architects)
- SketchUp and 3D visualization tools
- Design coordination and project coordination
- Space planning, materials and finishes
- Site execution technical drawings and construction documentation
- Engineering software and construction practice knowledge
