Junior Architect (Site Supervision)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Junior Architect to support the design and site supervision of residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects in the UAE. You will work closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams to turn concepts into built reality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural designs, concepts and 3D visualisations using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Rhino.
• Produce technical drawings, specifications and presentation material under senior guidance.
• Support the preparation of tender documents and participate in design reviews.
• Coordinate between design and construction teams to ensure accurate on‑site implementation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to meet design requirements, budgets and timelines.
• Research new materials, technologies and sustainability practices to enrich design solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
• Strong conceptual and technical design abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage pressure and meet deadlines.
