Junior Commercial Legal Counsel

About the role

CNTXT is seeking a Junior Commercial Legal Counsel to support its fast‑growing AI infrastructure business in the GCC. You will work closely with sales, product, procurement and leadership teams to draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of technology and enterprise agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, software license agreements, professional services agreements, NDAs, DPAs and reseller/channel partner contracts.
• Partner with sales during contract negotiations, identify legal and commercial risks, and manage customer redlines.
• Support government and enterprise procurement processes and enterprise sales deals.
• Advise on AI, machine‑learning, voice AI, data licensing, IP, software licensing, cloud services and related compliance matters.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, privacy and data‑protection regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain contract templates, legal playbooks and support contract‑governance processes.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of commercial legal experience, qualified lawyer in a recognized jurisdiction.
• Experience with technology, SaaS, software, cloud or AI companies and high‑value enterprise contracts.
• Experience working with government or regulated industries is highly desirable.
