Junior Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Kayrouz & Associates, a UAE‑based law firm, is seeking a motivated Junior Corporate Lawyer to join its Dubai office. You will work in a collaborative, client‑focused environment, supporting a range of corporate and commercial matters for local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and other transaction documents.
• Prepare corporate documents, advise on corporate structures, M&A, joint ventures and governance issues.
• Conduct legal research, monitor regulatory developments and draft legal opinions.
• Assist senior lawyers with cross‑border transactions and multinational client matters.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, including UAE and relevant international regulations.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and transaction documents.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
• LLB or equivalent; LLM or specialised corporate law qualifications are a plus.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills across multiple matters.
