About the role

We are looking for a Junior Estimation Engineer to join our precast division. You will work closely with the engineering and production teams to develop accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects.

Key responsibilities

Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and project requirements for estimation.
Prepare precast proposals from architectural drawings.
Perform quantity take‑offs, material calculations and prepare detailed cost estimates.
Generate BOQs, proposal sketches and tender documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to gather estimation data.
Follow up on submitted quotes and issue order information to stakeholders.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil).
3–5 years of estimation experience in the precast industry.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.
