Junior Estimation Engineer

About the role
We are looking for a Junior Estimation Engineer to join our precast division. You will work closely with the engineering and production teams to develop accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and project requirements for estimation.
- Prepare precast proposals from architectural drawings.
- Perform quantity take‑offs, material calculations and prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Generate BOQs, proposal sketches and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to gather estimation data.
- Follow up on submitted quotes and issue order information to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil).
- 3–5 years of estimation experience in the precast industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.
