Senior Analyst, Contracts Management

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Contracts Management will review and analyse contract clauses, obligations and liabilities to ensure compliance with ADNOC policies and optimise costs. The role involves supporting negotiations with third parties and overseeing contract lifecycle activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyse and advise on contracts, tenders and new opportunities, ensuring alignment with company policies and delegation of authority.
• Manage contract change requests, frame agreements and monitor contract closure processes, including verification of acceptance certificates and performance bank guarantees.
• Coordinate with internal focal points and external suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual terms and monitor tender activities across the Group.
• Lead periodic reviews, amendments, extensions and variations of agreements and track savings from framework contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in contract/procurement, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
• Strong leadership, communication and supervisory skills.
