Junior HSE Officer

About the role

Al Ain Mills is looking for a Junior HSE Officer to support health, safety and environmental operations at its food manufacturing facility, located between Ajman and Sharjah. The role helps maintain workplace safety standards, carry out risk assessments, monitor compliance and keep HSE documentation accurate. It is a full-time position with a salary of AED 5,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Monitor workplace practices to ensure compliance with applicable HSE standards.
• Assist in conducting risk assessments and identify potential workplace hazards.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, reports and safety documentation.
• Take part in safety inspections, audits and corrective action follow-ups.
• Promote safe working practices among employees and operational teams.
• Support ongoing workplace safety initiatives and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety standards, risk assessments, hazard identification and HSE documentation.
• Ability to monitor safety procedures, keep records and support inspections and audits.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, communication and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
