Junior Legal Counsel – UAE Nationals Only

About the role

This role offers valuable exposure to corporate legal practice within a major international construction group. By supporting contracts, tenders, governance and dispute management, the Junior Legal Counsel helps strengthen the legal function that underpins business operations. Mentorship from senior counsel and participation in cross‑functional projects will develop strong analytical and research capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support legal work related to contracts, tenders, governance, and dispute management.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and collaborate with different departments.
• Assist with drafting, research, and legal analysis tasks.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of legal documents.
• Support initiatives that align legal strategy with business operations.
• Learn and apply corporate legal practices within the construction and infrastructure environment under senior counsel guidance.

Required profile

• Hold or pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (recent graduate or final‑year student).
• Demonstrate a strong interest in corporate, construction, and infrastructure projects.
• Understand and summarize legal documents clearly and accurately.
• Exhibit a high level of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of employment and HR matters, including employment agreements and corporate powers of attorney.
