Junior Mixologist – Luxury Hotel Bar

About the role

Join the renowned Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai as a Junior Mixologist, delivering exceptional beverage experiences to discerning guests in a luxury hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare classic cocktails and all beverages from the bar’s portfolio with consistency and high quality.
• Promote the beverage selection, providing expert knowledge to enhance guest enjoyment.
• Assist the Bar Manager with stock ordering, stock‑taking and delivery oversight to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Maintain hygiene standards, bar mise en place and presentation during busy service periods.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of bartending or beverage experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant or high‑volume cocktail bar.
• Strong understanding of classic cocktails, spirits and basic mixology techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and presentation.
