About the role

The Junior Personal Shopper at Ounass will manage and grow a portfolio of newly eligible clients, delivering a high‑touch, sales‑driven personal shopping service. You will build strong client relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and ensure an exceptional omni‑channel experience that drives satisfaction, loyalty, and spend.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand a portfolio of engaged clients through approved acquisition channels.
• Maintain regular, personalized engagement with assigned clients to strengthen brand loyalty.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s preferences, shopping behaviour, and lifestyle needs.
• Proactively nurture relationships to increase engagement and spend across omni‑channel platforms.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs using structured selling techniques.
• Identify and prioritize sales leads and opportunities in a timely manner.
• Implement creative selling approaches and pre‑sales initiatives to maximise conversion and revenue.
• Leverage internal product sourcing to minimise missed sales opportunities.
