Junior Planning Engineer

About the role

Mannesmann Energy L.L.C. is looking for a Junior Planning Engineer to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The role suits engineering professionals with UAE experience in project planning or project controls, particularly in the Oil & Gas or EPC industry. The selected candidate supports project planning activities, monitors project schedules and helps maintain project controls.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling and project control activities.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of project schedules using planning software.
• Monitor project progress and help identify schedule deviations.
• Prepare planning reports and assist with project documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain accurate planning records and contribute to project performance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-5 years of UAE experience in project planning or project controls.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects is preferred.
• Good analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a project team.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Project planning and project controls.
