About the role
The Center for Interacting Urban Networks (CITIES) at NYU Abu Dhabi is seeking a Junior Research Scientist to join the LANDMark project, focusing on land economics and related interdisciplinary research.
Key responsibilities
- Support research on land price measurement, imputation techniques, and determinants such as public infrastructure.
- Contribute to studies on macro‑economic stability, land taxation, and the political economy of land.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (MSc or MA) in economics or a quantitative field, obtained within the last five years.
- Research experience in land‑related topics (housing, macroeconomics, urban or spatial economics, political economy, or conflict).
- Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
