Junior Sales Coordinator – Engineering Freshers (Arabic) – Dubai

About the role

This entry‑level position is for engineering graduates who are fluent in Arabic and want to start a career in automotive sales and tendering. Based in Dubai, you will join the tendering team of a leading automotive manufacturing firm and receive full training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in processing RFQs and tenders from OEMs and Tier‑1 automotive clients.
• Support the preparation of technical quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with engineering specifications.
• Coordinate with Arabic‑speaking clients to clarify requirements and provide updates.
• Handle communication with local UAE clients and government entities in Arabic.
• Maintain the tender tracker, update the CRM system, and organize technical bid documents.
• Support ISO/IATF 16949 documentation for automotive customers.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering.
• Fluent Arabic – speaking, reading and writing.
• 0‑1 year of experience; fresh graduates with internships in manufacturing are preferred.
• Immediate availability or notice period of up to 15 days.
• Basic understanding of automotive components, drawings and BOQ preparation.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus.
