Junior Sales Executive

About the role

The Junior Sales Executive will support the sales team in generating leads, conducting introductory calls, and presenting GS Securities’ trading and brokerage services to prospective clients. This full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai offers the opportunity to develop sales skills in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and conduct introductory calls with potential clients.
• Present trading and brokerage services and prepare basic proposals and sales materials.
• Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective clients.
• Assist onboarding by coordinating documentation and account setup.
• Track sales activities in CRM tools and follow up on inquiries.
• Participate in sales meetings and collaborate with marketing and operations teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation and basic negotiation.
• Customer‑service orientation with active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic understanding or strong interest in financial markets and brokerage services.
• Competence in using CRM systems and standard office software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Professional and ethical mindset aligned with regulatory standards.
