Junior Sales Executive - Trading & Brokerage

About the role

GS Securities, a financial services group offering trading and brokerage solutions, is hiring a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Executive in Dubai. The role supports the sales team in generating leads, making introductory calls and presenting its trading and brokerage services to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with existing and potential clients
• Prepare basic proposals and sales materials
• Assist with onboarding by coordinating documentation and account setup
• Track sales activities in CRM tools and follow up on inquiries
• Participate in sales meetings and collaborate with marketing and operations teams
• Learn product features, market basics and regulatory requirements to communicate accurately with clients

Required profile

• Clear spoken and written English and strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and business development abilities: lead generation, prospecting, basic negotiation and follow-up
• Customer service orientation with active listening and problem-solving
• Basic understanding or strong interest in financial markets, trading products and brokerage services; familiarity with FX or CFD trading is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field preferred; relevant internships or junior sales experience are beneficial
• Professional, ethical mindset aligned with regulatory standards; fluency in additional languages is a plus

Required skills

• Competence in CRM systems and standard office software (email, spreadsheets, presentations)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
